I have used Elegant Elements for Avada several times in the past and have always been happy with it, but this time I had an issue, submitted a ticket and after 5 days have still not received a response from support. In this case, I'm just going a different route with my design to avoid the issue, but I am not sure if I will ever purchase it again.
